Q. What is the difference between a pre-order and a backorder?
A. Thousands of our customers already trust 24-7 Games with pre-orders on your favourite Enesco figurines. Pre-orders are available on items which have not yet been released.
However, there are often previously released figurines which can be out of stock with the manufacturer, Enesco, for many months at a time. We are able to see what stock Enesco is receiving and when, and this new service will allow you to order those out of stock lines and automatically receive them as soon as the stock has arrived in the UK.
Q. Why are some figurines unavailable for long periods of time?
A. Many Enesco products, including Disney Traditions, are produced and hand painted in the far East. This is a length process and typically it can take six months from when Enesco UK place an order to them physically receiving the stock in the warehouse. For example, the recently released Lion King Carved In Stone figurine is now sold out and Enesco are not expecting any more stock until November, and the new Winnie the Pooh XL figurine which launched two weeks ago is now in the same situation.

Q. Is my backorder guaranteed?
We only sell stock where we have a confirmed allocation from Enesco. Therefore you can rest assured that your order will be sent to us and then onto yourself as soon as the stock is received by Enesco UK.
