Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Use the Contact Us form if you wish to make a return. 
All returns
MUST be sent back securely in a box and be protected.

Due to the nature of some goods, for example, All TCG Products & Sealed Video Games, these products cannot be returned once opened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Faulty/Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging and shipping goods. With fragile items such as figurines we also open and inspect the product prior to shipping to ensure that the item leaves us in great condition. Sadly there is always the risk of an item being damaged in transit - should this be the case then we will of course resolve this for you.

If you have received a faulty/damaged product please use the Contact Us form and we will provide a free return postage label.
Please be as detailed as possible, you may also be asked to email pictures to us to see what the fault/damage is before we provide you with the means to return an item. All returns MUST be sent back securely in a box and be protected.


All items are usually dispatched on the same day as purchase if purchased before 3PM (Mon-Fri). Items are then shipped same day via Royal Mail. (Times and service vary item to item. If an item is sent Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24 it will arrive within 1 - 2 days. Please note that this is NOT a next day service. If an item is sent Royal Mail 48 / Tracked 48 it will take between 2 - 4 days.) All items are eligible for free delivery (if order totals more than £10).

Currently we only ship and fulfil orders in the UK.

Please note that we are a retail site and do not offer bulk purchases for other retailers or Amazon or eBay sellers. Bulk purchases of the same item may be cancelled.
