Shipping & Returns


Royal Mail are conducting national strikes on multiple dates throughout November and December. As a result, orders placed in this period will be subject to delays. We continue to operate 7 days a week, though we will not receive postal collections on strike days.

Please bear this in mind and order in plenty of time if an item is needed by a particular date. Please also note that Special Delivery is suspended during strike periods - Special Delivery items will still be prioritised but there is no guaranteed next day delivery and it is not possible to make a claim for compensation for delayed items.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Use the Contact Us form if you wish to make a return. 

Returning Faulty/Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging and shipping goods. With fragile items such as figurines we also open and inspect the product prior to shipping to ensure that the item leaves us in great condition. Sadly there is always the risk of an item being damaged in transit - should this be the case then we will of course resolve this for you.

If you have received a faulty/damaged product please use the Contact Us form and we will provide a free return postage label.
Please be as detailed as possible, you may also be asked to email pictures to us to see what the fault/damage is before we provide you with the means to return an item.


All items are usually dispatched on the same day as purchase if purchased before 3PM. Items are then shipped same day via Royal Mail. (Times and service vary item to item. If an item is sent Royal Mail 1st Class / Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24 it will arrive within 1 - 2 days. If an item is sent Royal Mail 48 / Tracked 48 it will take between 2 - 4 days.) All items are eligible for free delivery (if order totals more than £10).

Currently we only ship and fulfill orders in the UK.
