Voucher T&Cs

* Only one voucher code can be used per order.

* In addition, the code cannot be used with any items / categories which are offering a discount of 50% or higher.

* Voucher expiry date will be shown on any promotional media (images/banners/text information).

* Proper terms will be stated when promotion is running. Unless stated otherwise voucher codes may not be valid with any current running promotion.

* Product exclusions are subject to change. We reserve the right to add/remove products.

* Please make sure to enter the voucher code in the correct box at check out.

* Any orders placed after the promotional end date OR before the promotion starts will NOT qualify for the voucher discount.

Free / Discounted Item Promotions

From time to time we offer promotions where you can receive either a free / discounted when purchasing qualifying items / reaching a minimum basket amount (e.g. receive a free item X when spending £50+ on the site)

* The qualifying amount will be stated for each promotion.

* Orders placed before the promotion starts do NOT qualify for the promotion.

Important Information For Customers Who Pre-Order Items With Our Free Gift Promotion

The free / discounted item will only be shipped once the qualifying amount of items have been shipped.

For clarification this means that if pre-ordered items are used to reach the qualifying amount then the free item will not be shipped straight away. However the system will reserve the free / discounted item for you and it will be automatically shipped once the required spend level has been shipped.

If an item is returned which causes the total spend to fall below the qualifying amount then the free item must also be returned, otherwise the full retail value of the item will be deducted from any refund due.
