Cruella is the old "friend" of the dog's parents from the Disney film "101 Dalmatians". She has been dreaming of a Dalmatian fur coat for some time. Together with two assistants, she kidnaps the puppies. The dog parents Pongo and Perdi immediately set out to free their children. When they find the puppies, they get a shock. The 15 little puppies have now turned into 99 because Cruella has kidnapped them from all over the world. Ultimately, they take everyone away and free them from Cruella's hold.
