Shipping policy
We currently use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all delivery options.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Our standard and express deliveries are sent using the following Royal Mail services:
Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.
On occasion, we may need to use Parcelforce for larger or heavier orders due to size or weight restrictions. If this applies to your order, we will let you know.
