Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of £20 or more.

Orders are usually dispatched same day if they are paid for before 3PM (Mon- Fri).

Please note - the website will ship all items at their earliest available date, subject to the minimum shipping threshold of £20 per delivery. If an item comes into stock which is less than £20 then the item will be held until the next part of the order is ready to ship. If you are purchasing several items under £20 and would like them shipped as they come available, please place separate orders for the items, however please be aware that you will be charged a shipping fee of £2.99 for each order under £20.

Standard delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually delivers in 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 which usually delivers next working day (approx 95% of Tracked 24 orders arrive on the next working day). This is not a guaranteed next day service.

We are only able to offer UK delivery at this time.

Please note that we are a retail site and do not offer bulk purchases for other retailers or Amazon or eBay sellers.
Bulk purchases of the same item may be cancelled.

Due to The Data Protection Act (2018) & General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - UK 2021)  we are unable to give any information in relation to an order to anyone but the person who placed the order using the email address or phone number on the order itself.

We offer a 30 day no-quibble returns policy on unwanted items.

Ther item must be in the same condition that you received it, and complete with all original, undamaged packaging. Some items, such as Pokemon cards or media, cannot be returned once opened.

We aim to respond within 1-2 working days with instructions on how to return your unwanted item(s).

We take great care in packaging and shipping goods. With fragile items such as figurines we also open and inspect the product prior to shipping to ensure that the item leaves us in great condition. Sadly there is always the risk of an item being damaged in transit - should this be the case then we will of course resolve this for you.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there is an issue so that we can arrange a return for you.
