Once we have received your order we will send you an email confirming details of your order. We will then send you a further email to confirm when we have dispatched your order. No contract is in place until we have dispatched your order and confirmed the tracking details.

In the rare situation that we are unable to fulfil your order (for example if we find an item to be damaged and no replacement is available) then we will refund your order in full and notify you by email.

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the applicable law.

Prices quoted include VAT and are stipulated at the time of ordering. Shipping costs will be added to any order under £20.
