Angered at being passed over by the royal couple at the ceremony announcing Aurora's birth, the evil fairy puts a terrible curse on the newborn princess. "The princess shall bloom bright and beautiful like a rose and be loved by everyone who meets her. However, before the sun goes down on her 16th birthday, she shall prick her finger with the spindle of a spinning wheel and die !" The figure has a size of approx. 10 cm and is hand-painted with great attention to detail.
